Standard modules

Needle seat modules are optimized to reduce nozzle blockage caused by contaminated glue. The peak of the needle pushes every pulse through the outlet whereby a blockage of the nozzle is nearly impossible. Because the nozzle has no capillary unwanted drop-out is avoided. The integrated fine adjustment provides for a precise application.

H340 modules are especially designed for air opening/ air closing glue applicators.

Based on the design, thread tear-off is reduced to an absolute minimum. The module works precise even at very short trigger pulses and provides high repetition accuracy.
