Our task was to weld the track and foot plates for special conveyor belts. Until now, the process was done manually.

The welding of the skids is done in two positions, on the right and left table. The operators are protected from the hazardous area by a light curtain, so that as soon as they enter during welding, the process stops.

As long as the robot is working on one table, the other can be loaded without any problems.

Welding of the "H" shapes of the track legs is also carried out with this robot. Since different tasks require different widths of feet, this task is solved by a special coordinate shift. Users only have to enter the desired width and the robot calculates the welding positions. From the user's side, we have ensured that he can also perform the type change easily (without more complex programming operations).

The cell has been designed in such a way that the central fence element can be removed so that other elements can be welded by pushing a table part to it later.
