Vector™ Slot Adapter

The Vector™ slot applicator is available in six coating widths ranging from 100mm to 600mm, expandable in 100mm increments, providing extreme accuracy at the point of application.

Features

• Slot applicator shares a common pump base with other applicators including spray and bead.
• Pumps can be configured every 50mm or on custom centers.
• Features the Apex™ Series high-speed module with patent pending quick-change Festo solenoid. Apex™ Series modules can provide intermittent patterns as low as 4 ms or on time.
• AC or Servo motor and precision gearbox for accurate speed control of pumps (1 to 45RPM).
• Precision hardened steel die plates for long life.
• Metering accuracy of up to ±0.5% every 25mm width. Standard applicator available in widths of 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm.
• Vector™ applicator capable of providing an individual metered flow output to each module.
• Vector™ pumps can be changed out in less than five minutes, minimizing changeover time.
• Available in a V-Slot configuration for multiple stripe patterns and very fast cycle speeds.
