Valve gluing equipment

The customer asked for our help to manufacture a new product. A valve needed to be glued to the product. As the task was to glue several valves in the same machine, we had to design the seating so that it could be changed as quickly and easily as possible.

The operator inserts the workpiece to be glued and pushes the pusher into the work area. After insertion, rotation starts and adhesive is applied to the workpiece. Once the machine has completed the gluing process, the rotation stops and the jig can be pulled out of the work area.
