Custom gluing cell to Dynatec

Our task was to design, manufacture and create example programs for a robotic cell for gluing tests/demonstrations ordered by our German partner.

When designing the cell, we had to pay particular attention to the safety regulations and available space at the partner's site. The equipment was equipped with safety elements as required by the specifications: light curtain, protection of the area on the side of the window with safety pull ropes.

Due to the limited space, access to the cell is through a sliding door, which includes a ramp to allow the customer to easily bring gluing equipment and other machinery into the cell.
